  • 250grm butter
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 7eggs
  • 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla
  • Lemon zest or orange zest (1 tablespoon)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the butter and sugar In a mixer until smooth

  2. 2

    Add the eggs and at a time and continue to mix on high speed

  3. 3

    Add the remaining ingredients gradually and mix until smooth

  4. 4

    Grease your baking pan with butter or oil spray and put the batter inside..bake for 20 to 30 minutes
