Steps

Heat oil in a cooker add onion paste and saute till golden in colour.

Put tomato puree and ginger garlic paste and saute till leave the oil.

Add spices except garam masala and mango powder,roast the masala.

Now add soaked chane and water cover the lid and take 7-8 whistles.
- 5
Now remove the lid add garam masala and mango powder mix it well.
- 6
Serve with poori and salad
