Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupwheatflour
  • 1/2 cupgramflour
  • 1/2 cupsemolina
  • 1 tspcardamon powder
  • 1/2 cupmawa
  • 2 cupmilk
  • as per tasteSugar
  • 5-6 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat ghee,add wheatflour,gramflour,semolina and roast till it's golden add milk in it and little water.

  2. 2

    Grate mawa and mix,add sugar and cardamon powder.When it's dry off the flame add dry fruits and serve.
