Ingredients

  1. 400 gmRajmah soaked 4 hrs and pressure cooked
  2. As needed Oil
  3. 1 inch Cinnamon sticks
  4. 5Onion chopped
  5. 4Garlic pods
  6. 2 inchGinger
  7. 5Green chilli
  8. 8 tomato
  9. To tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  10. As neededCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Tadka Masala: Heat oil in a thick bottom pan, splutter cumin, cinnamon, cloves. Add finely chopped 5 medium-sized onions, 4 garlic pods, 2 inch ginger piece, 5 green chillies, fry in oil till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add 8 red medium-sized tomatoes pureed, a little turmeric powder, aesofitida powder and salt, keep on frying till masala leaves sides of pan. Add some whole green chillies and coriander leaves/ dry fenugreek leaves.

  3. 3

    In boiled Rajmah add this masala and let it simmer till attains a thick consistency.

  4. 4

    We can serve RajmaH LaBabdaR with lachha paratha, naan, rumali roti, poorie, fulka or plain rice.

    * Gravy can be diluted to suit the taste..@nsm...
