Put besan,carom seeds,red chilli powder,salt and ginger in a mixing bowl

Add some water and make a pakoda batter.heat oil in a wok add pakoda and deep fry till golden in colour.

Heat oil in a wok add methi dana and spices and roast it,

Now add besan and buttermilk and water,cook on low flame for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes add garam masala,salt and kasoori methi.

Now add pakoda in kadi serve with rice.
