1medium sized titus Fish
2 cupsFlour
1 teaspoonBaking powder
Vegetable oil for frying
2 tablespoonSugar
1 tablespoonButter
1Egg

Steps

Cook and remove the bones from the fish.mash in a bowl and keep aside.

Sieve flour and baking powder in a bowl,add sugar and egg and butter.

Knead and roll out add the mashed fish in the middle repeat till the dough finish.heat up veg oil in a deep fryer and fry till golden brown.
