Spaghetti and vegetable sauce

I boiled the spaghetti with salt and oil to make it come out 1-1-1,then after some time I brought it down and allowed it to cool. Then put another pot on the fire, added my groundnut oil when hot I added my onions, curry and a pinch of salt then added my fresh tomatoes, pepper, tumeric, garlic, ginger and crayfish and stirred it, then added 3 cubes of Maggi, added small water and covered it to boil for 10mins before adding my vegetable. I allowed it to steam for 3mins and boom my sauce is ready.

Chilled Spaghetti with Basil Sauce and Yogurt Chilled Spaghetti with Basil Sauce and Yogurt
Basil sauce itself doesn't blend well with the pasta, but I didn't want to add so much oil. That's why I experimented with mixing in yogurt. It surprisingly added a rich flavor to the sauce and it was quite tasty. This dish is also great as a side dish for a richer main dish! Please leave out the lemon juice if you're not a fan of tart food.Taste the basil sauce beforehand and adjust the amount of salt and pepper for the seasoning.Squeeze with a cloth or paper towel and drain it well. Easy and Authentic Pasta in Tuna Tomato Sauce Easy and Authentic Pasta in Tuna Tomato Sauce
I don't like the flavor of tomato that much, but I love this pasta sauce. Each time I make this, I'm impressed every time that this flavor can be achieved in such a short time. The amount of salt to add depends on how much bacon you add, so taste before salting. The sauce will thin out a bit when you add the pasta, so season it generously. For 2 servings. Recipe by classy cookpad.japan -

Salmon Meunière with Mushroom and Lemon Soy Sauce Dressing Salmon Meunière with Mushroom and Lemon Soy Sauce Dressing
I thought up a recipe with an autumn touch.Make sure to thoroughly marinate the fresh salmon. If you substitute the saute-purposed vegetable oil for butter, then the flavor will change, and it is tasty. In that case, please adjust the amount of salt. Spritzing with lemon for the finishing touch gives the salmon a fresh citrusy taste. Recipe by kurikuro cookpad.japan
