Steps

Firstly remove the skin of potatoes and grate it

Soak both dals over night and then grind it and make fine paste

Then take a bowl, add dal paste, salt and red chilli powder in it and mix it for 7mins

Then make small balls and deep fry all on medium to slow flame

When it become crispy and golden brown..it's done.. Sprinkle chaat masala on it and mix it well

Take a jar

Add coriander chopped, onion, garlic and spices in it and blend it..

Then add green chilli and imli water in it and again blend it.., chutney is ready..

For basket method

Take a bowl

Add grated potatoes, rice flour and salt in it and mix it well

Then make tart mould.., and grease it with some ghee or oil

Set little grated potato mixture on it

And deep fry all on medium to slow flame

When potato baskets become golden brown and easily leave the tart mould, it means it's done..

Then take potato basket, put ram ladoo in it, put chutney on it, sprinkle raddish, pomegranate, sev and a pinch of chaat masala on it..

And serve hot.
