  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Vegetables oil
  • Seasoning/ spices
  • Dry fish
  • Rice
  • Plantain

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and blend your tomatoes pepper onion and thrashed

  2. 2

    Boil until water drys off then heat vegetable oil add slice onions and the blended tomatoes allow to fry

  3. 3

    Then add water, seasoning.spices, and dry fish and allow to boil for awhile

  4. 4

    Boil rice and fry ur plantain and server hot
