  1. Egusi
  2. Palm oil
  3. Tattase and pepper
  4. Seoaning
  5. Beef
  6. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the meat till soft with some spices

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pot

  3. 3

    Add ur egusi and fry, har sai ya soyu

  4. 4

    Add kayan miya and small amount of the stock

  5. 5

    Add the beef, u can still add seoaning

  6. 6

    Cook till there is no amount of water

  7. 7

    Add ur ugwu and let it cook for 5mins... serve!
