Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsMushroom
  2. 2Onions(diced)
  3. 2Onions (finely chopped)
  4. 1 cupTomato chopped
  5. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 teaspoonCumin powder
  7. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. 1Bay leaf
  9. 1Whole red chilli
  10. 1 teaspoonWhole cumin
  11. to tasteSalt and pepper
  12. 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  13. 1 tbspCoriander leaves chopped
  14. 2 tablespoonFresh cream
  15. As per needed Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the mushrooms into halves and fry with some oil.

    In the same pan put 1/2Cup oil. When it became hot splutter some cumin whole red chilli and bay leaf. Add chopped onion. Stir occasionally. When the onion became golden add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, cook 4-5 minutes.

    Add cumin powder red chilli powder salt and peppe. Mix fresh cream and stir gently. combine onion dices.

    When the oil has been separated add fried mushroom. Cook for 4-5 minutes in sim flame Finish with garam masala powder and coriander leaves.

    Serve with lachha paratha and salad.
