First saute the baby corn and aloo with a salt for it and make it crisp do not deep fry saute on low heat. Keep aside. Make a paste of coriander leaves and green chilli and keep aside.

Then take oil in kadai heat it add jeera saunf hing to it and let it cook then add onions ginger garlic paste and salt a pinch, cook well then add the cooked baby corn and cooked aloo and mix well.Now add the coriander leaves paste and little water and simmer for 2 mins and serve with roti.
