Steps

Take flour, methi leaves, salt, Hing, green chillies, 1 spoon ghee and water and Knead it and leave it covered for 10 minutes

Make chapattis out of Doug and apply some ghee on one side and fold it on that side and apply ghee on one side of that semi circular Chapatti and fold it again.

Again roll that triangular chapati to big size.

Put it on a hot pan and cook it gently and flip it and cook other side. apply ghee on other side and flip it again and do the same on the other side.

Take the paratha out in a plate ready to be served.
