l cup chopped spring onions
1small Potato cubed
1/2brinjal cubed
1small piece of pumpkin
1onion chopped
1 tspnigella seedsa
2green chillies chopped
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and fry the chopped spring onions and Keep aside

Now add oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add chopped veggies and saute for a while
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

As it is soft add the fried spring onions and mix well

Add sugar and mix well
