45 mins

250 gself rising flour
200 gmagarine
3eggs
200 gmagarine
2 tspLemon essence
1/4 cupmilk

Pre heat the oven then grease the pan.

Cream the sugar and magarine till pale.

Add eggs and mix

Add lemon essence then add sieved flour
5

Add milk then mix till you get the right consistency
6

Pour in the baking tin and bake at 180drgrees for 45mins

Cool
