I was thinking of what to cook so I came up with these special recipe....try it out is super tasty and delicious....

Soak beans in water for an hour then wash and remove the black head...as seen below

In a clean pot add in Palm oil, chopped onion,paste of ginger and garlic,paste of scott bonnets and bell peppers, blended tomatoes and cook on low medium heat for 10 mins

Then add in your beef broth, thyme,curry,black pepper, nutmeg,Maggi to taste and bring to a boil

Then add in your washed beans and cook till almost all the water is finished then add in your chopped carrots,peas, chopped green onion cover and cook for 5 mins
