Ingredients

serves 4 -5 servings
  • 1 lb.Beef stew meat
  • 1minced onion
  • 1/2tea garlic powder
  • 3 tblslemon juice
  • 3 tblsWorcestershire sauce
  • 2 tblsbrown sugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 (20 oz.)bag frozen stir fry veggies

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown beef in pan. Add onion and 1cup water. Cover. Simmer 30 minutes. Add more water if needed.

  2. 2

    Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and brown sugar. Simmer 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add frozen veggies. Cook until veggies are done.

  4. 4

    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

  5. 5

    Done
