  1. 1and 1/2kg Pomo
  2. 1 cupPeriwrinkle
  3. Salt
  4. 2 cupsOgbono
  5. 2big Stockfish
  6. 2 handfulleaves Uziza
  7. 3 cubesMaggi seasoning
  8. 2wraps Okpei
  9. 1full cup Crayfish
  10. 1/2 cupPepper
  11. 1Palmoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pomo and stockfish.blend ogbono to be smooth.bleach palmoil and fry the ogbono stir with a spartular for 5minutes and pour in the boiled pomo and stockfish with his stock and more water.boil for 15minutes uncovered.

  2. 2

    Blend in crayfish,pepper,okpei,boil for 10minutes add maggi seasoning,salt,boil more and slice the uziza leaves and pour in stir and pour in washed periwrinkle.stir and turn off heat.
