  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • 4 TbspSugar
  • 0.5 cupWater
  • 0.5 cupMilk
  • Dry nuts
  • 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

25 mins
  1. 1

    Roast besan in hot ghee on medium flame.

  2. 2

    When it starts changing color and spreading oil add sugar, milk and water.

  3. 3

    Mix well, add cardamom powder and get cooked till water and milk get soaked.

  4. 4

    Switch off the flame and garnish with nuts.
