Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1 cupGhee
  4. 4 cupsWater
  5. Few dry nuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat Ghee in a pan. Add Suji and roast on medium flame.

  2. 2

    When it turns golden and start spreading ghee it is cooked. Add sugar to it and water.

  3. 3

    Cook on medium flame till water get absorbed.

  4. 4

    Switch off the flame and garnish with nuts.
