  • Some lean meat
  • Complete spices
  • Onions
  • Bell peppers
  • Ketchup
  • Salt and seasonings

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash meat, pat dry and cut into smaller pieces

  2. 2

    Mix ketchup, salt and seasonings with spices

  3. 3

    Marinate the meat with the Ketchup mixture for at least 30mins

  4. 4

    Add chopped onions and bell peppers cover in a foil and cook in the oven for 30mins

  5. 5

    Remove the foil and cook again for 10 mins,
