An easy, filling and healthy breakfast or snack. You can replace the strawberries with other seasonal fruits. Ideal for kids, adults. For elderly people, do not chill it if they don't like cold drinks. Can add protein powder too.

An easy, filling and healthy breakfast or snack. You can replace the strawberries with other seasonal fruits. Ideal for kids, adults. For elderly people, do not chill it if they don't like cold drinks. Can add protein powder too.
Steps

Put banana, strawberries, milk, oats,chopped nuts in a blender and process till smooth.

Pour the smoothie into serving glasses.

Chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Just before serving, sprinkle the chia seeds and chocolate chips on top.

If you need to serve it immediately, add some crushed ice to the ingredients before you process it in the blender.
