Chop methi leaves fine along with the tender stem

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients

Now add the chopped methi,green chillies,ginger and curd
- 4
Add little water and knead to a soft dough.

Boil water in a steamer.Make cylindrical rolls and keep on the steamer plate.

Steam for 10 minutes.Cool completely.cut into 1/2 inch peices

Heat oil in a sauce pan. Add mustard seeds.let it splutter.Add the sesame seeds.Stir for few seconds.

Add the muthiya pieces and toss well to coat. Serve hot
