Ingredients

10-15 minutes
6 servings
  • 1 cupPoha (wash it and drain all watee)
  • 2 tablespoonRefined flour
  • 2tableapoon Corn flour
  • 1Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoonCabbage (grated)
  • 2 tablespoonCarrot (grated)
  • 2 tablespoonCapsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoonGreen chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoonGarlic paste
  • 1 1/2 tableapoon Tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoonChilli sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonVinegar
  • 1 teaspoonSoy sauce
  • To tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients a bowl except corn flour and oil and mix them well and shape it as cutlets in equal halves.

    Now prepare slurry of corn flour and season it with some salt.

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan.

    Dip cutlets in corn flour slurry and deep fry them.
