Ingredients

  1. 2 cupspowdered milk
  2. Sugar
  3. Flavour
  4. Water
  5. 1 table spoonCulture(can be fulani nono or already made yoghurt)
  6. Food colour (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dilute milk wit 6 cups of water. Note: for every cup of milk u are to use 3 cups of water.

  2. 2

    Add d sugar to ur satisfaction and stir well, and den bring d mixture to a boil(mk sure to bring it down immediately it boils)

  3. 3

    Allow it to cool until it’s lukewarm and add d culture n flavour.

  4. 4

    Cover it up n keep in a warm place fr 12 hours making sure dt no one touches it until it is time.

    Stir n add a few drops of food colour, freeze and serve.
