Pigeon beans/mbaazi with coconut sauce

Boil the beans till soft.

Drain the water and put the beans in a separate pot.

Add grated onion,tomato,chillies salt en tumeric with 1cup light coconut.Let it boil en reduce.

Put 2cups coconut cream in a small pan boil it till thick while stirring throughout.

Put your beans on a serving plate then drizzle the thick coconut sauce.

Garnish with chillies.
