Cut and wash the fish,boil for 3mins adding salt,onion then select out and fry in bleached palmoil.
2

Mix palmoil,potash to make a yellow paste,add salt,dry pepper,pour in the abacha and turn very well.cut onion in rings,pepper and utazi leaves.serve with the abacha
