Finely chop tomatoes and green chillis.

Heat 2 spoon oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds, asofeotida, and turmeric powder. Roast well.

Add tomatoes and green chillis.

Roast well untill it starts to released oil

Let it cool.

Transfer in to a mixer and add curd. Make a fine paste.

Transfer it in to a pan to boil at low flame.

Add half glass of water and mix well.

Heat oil in a frying pan to fry potatoes.

Meanwhile peel off the potatoes and prick them with fork or toothpick.

Now fry them in oil at medium flame till it turns golden brown.

Add fried potatoes in boiling.

Add butter and cream and mix well.

Cover with a lid and keep boiling for 5 minuts.

After 5 minutes turn off the flame.

Transfer in to a bowl and garnish with green coriander.
