Potato Manchurian
Steps

First boil baby potatoes and peel them.

Now take besan in a mixing bowl and add salt and red chilli powder.

Now add 2 tblspn Water and make a fine paste.

Now dip all the potatoes in the paste and drop one by one in the heated oil.

Deep fry from both the sides and when they turn brown and crisp, then remove them from the oil on the kitchen roll.

Take a kadai and heat 2 tspn oil in it.

Now add green chillies and onions.

Saute it for two mins.

Now add soya sauce, ketchup, salt, vinegar, green chilli sauce and black pepper to it.

Mix it and add little bit water to it.

Now add all the fried baby potatoes and cover it with the lid for 5 mins.

After that add all the cubed paneer to it and mix it.

Now transfer it to the plate.

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
