Mix the dry ingredients together (flour, salt, sugar, milk) add egg and stir until smooth.

Mix the yeast with warm water and add to the flour mixture.

Add water to it and beat well with your clean hands. Until soft and a bit wattery. Allow to raise and fry in a medium flame until golden brown
