Combine flour, rice flour, salt, sugar, milk, baking soda in a bowl and make a batter.

Heat 1 cup of oil in a kadai.

Dip the poached egg into the batter.

Dip the fried poached egg into the batter again and fry both the sides.

Repeat the procedure 2 times.

Cut it into long slices when it gets cool.
