Ingredients

39 minutes
4-5 servings
  • For dhokli dough:-
  • 1.5 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tspWhole coriander
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Water for making daugh
  • 1 cupFor dal dhokli soaked moong ki dal
  • 1 tspchana dal
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 tspAjwain
  • 1.5 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspmustard seeds

Steps

39 minutes
  1. 1

    First in one bowl add wheat flour, whole coriander,oil,salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder mix it well

  2. 2

    Make the dough from it

  3. 3

    Make dhoklis from it like this

  4. 4

    Heat the pan add 2.5 cup water add dhokli,add soaked moong dal,1 tsp chana dal

  5. 5

    When water start boil add dhoklis

  6. 6

    Mix well cook for 20 minutes

  7. 7

    For tadka heat the oil in small pan add 1 tsp jeera,add ajwain,add red chilli powder, coriander powder,add turmeric powder mix it well

  8. 8

    Add this tadka into dal dhokli mix it well add coriander leaves

  9. 9

    Dal dhokli ready to served
