Cooking Instructions

Take urad and chana Dal soak for 2 hr.wash properly and grind it in smooth paste.

Now add boiled mashed potato and all indgridents except oil.
- 3
Mix it until it become fluffy Dal mixture.

Now take pan add oil let it heat now make small ball from paste and deep fry in hot oil.

Deep fry from both sides until it become golden brown now take out and put in normal water for 2-3 min.

Take out and serve with curd and imli chutney.
