Finally worked out a recipe that suits my Customers and I. Minimal sugar #myfavouritechristmasrecipe #abuja
Steps

Mix all dry ingredients in a big and spacious bowl.

Add in margarine and mix with hand. Mix until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Add in mixed wet ingredients and mix well till everything is incorporated and a fine textured dough is formed.

Keep dough to rest for 15mins.

Set pan of oil on fire and allow to heat up.
- 6
Bring out dough and knead, then cut into desired size and fry till golden.

Stir continuously to ensure all round golden color.
