In a large skillet mix everything but spinach and coconut milk. You can measure the spices off your taste. Allow paneer and onions to brown in skillet.

After about 15 minutes add coconut milk and simmer on low for 15 minutes.

Add fresh or frozen spinach and mix together. Simmer until spinach is cooked.

If you'd like, you can cook and puree the spinach and add it to the mix. It will be great either way!
