Let crust warm to room temp

Preheat oven to 425 f

Unroll pie crust and gently press into a 9 inch pan

In a large bowl toss apples lemon juice nutmeg cinnamin salt sugar and flour
- 5
Fill bottom pie crust (it may look like to much but it cooks down)
- 6
Top with upper crust & press to seal it
- 7
Cut slits or designs to vent
- 8
Bake 40 minutes or until crust is browned and apples tender
- 9
You can cover crust with foil before cooking if you like it lighter & softer
