Ingredients

  • 2 cupsurad dal
  • 4 cupswater
  • as taste salt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspkasuri methi
  • 1green chilli chop
  • 2 tspfresh coriander chop
  • 2 tspclarified butter
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 pinchhing
  • 1 tspchop garlic and ginger
  • 2 tsptomato puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add dal washed and soaked for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    After 2 hours take a pressure cooker add 4 cups of water then water boil add salt,turmeric and dal mixed take 2 whistle.

  3. 3

    Take a wok add clarified butter hot,add garlic saute,cumin seeds and hing add saute then add ginger,onion,green chilli saute then add all masala and tomato puree mix add cooked dal mix and saute for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes garnish coriander and serve.
