Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely choppedPalak
  • 1 finely choppedOnion
  • 1 choppedGreen chilli
  • 1/2" gratedGinger
  • 1/2 cupSpring onion leaves
  • 1/4 cupCoriander chopped
  • 2 pods finely choppedGarlic
  • 1/4 tsp crushedAjwain
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 1 finely choppedRed Chilli
  • 1 tspDhaniya powder
  • 1/4 tspHaldi powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspAmchur powder
  • 1/8 tspSoda
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl. Now slowly add water till you get desired consistency not too runny or not too sticky.

  2. 2

    Take oil in a deep wok. When oil gets heated put in 7-8 pakodas in one go. Fry till golden brown. Serve with green chutney or hot and sweet tomato ketchup.
