Ingredients

  • 2.5 ccooked rice
  • 1family sized cream of mushroom
  • 1 jarcheese whiz
  • 1 bagfrozen broccoli - thawed
  • s&p

Steps

  1. 1

    A picture of step 1 of Cheesy Broccoli Rice.
  2. 2

    Mix cooked rice, soup and cheese whiz

  3. 3

    Add s&p (season to taste)

  4. 4

    Stir in broccoli

  5. 5

    Transfer mixture to an oven safe casserole dish and cook on 375° for 45 minutes

    Remove from oven and sprinkle with fried onions.

    Cook with onions for an additional 5-10 minutes
