I love getting packaged broccoli and cheese rice from various rice brands. Having so many preservatives and recently deciding to be more health conscious - this is it. :)

An easy one pot meal.

I was panicking in my kitchen, trying to figure out a side dish and this is what I came up with. Don't be intimidated by the cook time, just start it first on the back burner and cook your other stuff while it sits. I made it alongside "zesty lemon rosemary chicken" by Tefnut. You should check that out. It was delicious and healthy.

Yummy and kid friendly family meal. Quick throw together. You can even do it the night before. Use canned chicken in a pinch, but it's not nearly as good as seasoning and shredding your own.
