Ingredients

  • 1 cShortening
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 7-8 tspWater
  • 1 TbspMeringue Powder
  • 4 cPowdered Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream shortening, meringue powder, and vanilla together.

  2. 2

    Add powdered sugar one cup at a time.

  3. 3

    Add water 1 tsp at a time until you reach desired consistency.

  4. 4

    Notes: Substitute other flavors for vanilla. Substitute milk for water. Use 1/2 c shortening and 1/2 c butter for better flavor.
