Clean and cut all the vegetables, keep the lady fingers large with one slit

Boil all the veggies in a cooker with some water. Let it sit for 2 whistles

Heat a pan with some oil and add the phoran. When they crackle add the green chillies, garlic and tomatoes

Saute it and add some salt. Add the boiled vegetables into this and bring it to boil
- 5
Remove and serve hot with rice
