Coarsely blend your green pepper in tour blender and set aside

Wash your smoked fish and set aside. Wash and boil your meat. When it's done, set in the oven to grill and set aside.

In a pot on fire, pour in tour palm oil, when its hot, not bleached; add tour onion and stir till it's translucent, then add your blended green pepper. Stir a little and leave to completely dry up

When it's dried, add your crayfish, smoked fish and grilled meat. Next add tour salt and seasoning to taste, cover for a while, then bring down.

Your green pepper sauce is ready. Enjoy with white rice or yam.

Wash and parboil your rice. When it's done, sprinkle tour grated carrot and diced green beans, then stir and cover to simmer with the heat.
