Sorghum flour cashew cookies.(jowar flour)
Steps

First in a bowl sieve together jowar flour, baking powder, baking soda.Add salt and mix well.

Grind cashews in mixer grinder.keep aside.

In another bowl beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

Add mixed flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix well to make a dough.

Add cashew powder and mix well.

Add 1tbsp of milk/ ghee if required.dough should be little soft.

Divide the dough into equal sized balls and press each ball lightly.

Sprinkle some pista flakes and cardamom powder on each ball and press little.

Place them on a baking tray spacing about 1 inch apart.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 mins.on 180℃.

When done, let them cool down completely.they will be soft when they taken out from the oven, but will firm up nicely when they cool.😊
