Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 poundground sirloin
  • 3-2/3 poundchopped cauliflower
  • 1 poundCarrots
  • 1 teaspoonssalt
  • 2 tablespoonschopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoonsgranulated garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 cupschicken broth
  • 1/2large onion diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and slice the Carrots thick.

  2. 2

    Heat a deep pan. Add the beef, onion, cauliflower, spices except parsley, and sliced Carrots.

    Simmer for 30 minutes covered. When the Carrots are fork tender they are ready. Add the parsley on top.
