Ingredients

  • 1 cupBesan
  • 3 tspWheat flour
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • To tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • 1 cupMethi leaves chopped
  • 2 tspGreen chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • As neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl take put all ingredients except oil.

  2. 2

    Add water little by little to make a stiff dough.Keep aside 15mins.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok.Make oblong shape balls and deep fry till golden in colour.

  4. 4

    Take out on tissue and serve hot with sauce.
