1 cupnon salted roasted peanuts
1/4 cupSugar
1 tbspdesi ghee
1 cupmilk

Coarse grind the peanuts.Heat a heavy bottomed pan.Add ghee to it.Now add peanuts,sugar and milk and mix well.keep stirring till it thickens.It thickens very fast so keep stirring.Transfer into a bowl after cooking for a minute or so.Peanut Halwa is ready to serve.
