Steps

Heat milk in medium flame.

Add 2 tbsp custard powder with half cup of milk(room temp).Mix it well.

Add this mix into the boiling milk.Continuously stir it to make a smooth consistency.Ensure no lumps are formed.

Add sugar & mix.Switch off heat & let it cool slightly.

Add whipped cream in it for a creamy texture.

Add mango puree to the custard & mix well. Pour it into a bowl & chill in a refrigerator.

Peel & cut the mango into slices. Garnish with nuts & with this mango slices.(give a rose shape) on the top of the custard.

Serve chilled.
