Steps

Takeout dosa batter from fridge 1 hour before cooking uttapam or dosa. Take it out in bowl and whisk it. Add water and pinch of salt to it.

For flavor i add white pepper powder and hing(asafoetida).

Cut carrots, beans, beetroot, onions, tomatoes, green onions (optional), and pomegranate.

Heat a pan (tawa). Dont over heat else it will get stick to tawa.

Take uttapam batter in ladle and start spreading on tawa clockwise. After doing it Sprinkle oil to side of the uttapam, dont make it thin like dosa just spread it little thick.

Now add veggies over the uttapam and put a lid on it. Let it get cooked. Let all the veggies cook with the uttapam steam.

Serve it hot with coconut chutney. Healthy nutritious uttapam is ready to eat. Enjoy
