Season each piece of the chicken with salt and herbs(I didn't have any). Place them in your pot.

Light your stove and use low heat throughout the cooking process. This should take at least an hour and ½ or 2 hrs.

When it starts to dry up then try browning it a bit then enjoy with an accompaniment of your choice.
