Steps

In a bowl beat the eggs and sugar together

Add the melted margarine and milk to the sugar-egg mixture and mix well

In a separate bowl mix floor and nutmeg then add the liquid mixture. Mix well to get a soft dough. Add some little old and knead for a minute.

Cover your dough and allow to rest for 30min
- 5
Dust flour and roll to ½ cm thickness and cut into desired shapes.

Fry them untill they are cooked on both sides
